Boys Room So Far

Superhero's it is!!! I love the results of it so far!!

Now it's just finishing touches like trim and a tacky air vent that sticks out of the ceiling...I'm gonna turn it into a batmobile!!

Getting closer to getting new rooms!

The last month or so we have been working on getting the girls room and boys room done downstairs...Manuel had to put new windows, put sheet rock up, mud and tape, install new floors and texture.  The painting got left to me since me and the kiddies had big plans for the themes in their new rooms!! So I called my friend up since she is soo good at drawing and we got to work on the wall in the girls room! Belin drew a template on sketch paper and the girls and I got to tracing it on the wall!

 

It was a very detailed mural, but after we got done, Belin and I let the girls hide their names in it!!

The girls and I love the results of the wall and will be posting the whole bedroom when it's all finished!!

Already 9????

Where has the time gone???? Arieanna is 9 and turning into quite the little lady!! She chose to go to chucky cheese to celebrate her birthday this year and after playing we took her to her favorite restuarant Famous Dave's! They even gave her an icecream sundae to make her day even better!

Arieanna, remember how much your loved and thank you for being such a big helper.  We hope your day is filled with fun and we are so blessed to spend another year with you!

Been a long time since Ive been able to catch up on blogging:-/

Isaiah turns 6

Isaiah is 6...Just can't believe they grow so fast!! This year he picked out his cake from DQ and got a bigger bike since he had grown out of his previous one.

 

 

 

Isaiah, you are a blessing to us and we all love you!

Cheer Camp 2012

The girls and I got to participate in the Spartan Cheer camp again, only this time it was for basketball season!! They sure do have a blast doing them and its a way for them to show off their skills!!

 

 

This go around was a evolution of music! We started from the 50's and went on to todays! It was adorable.  I wish I would've recorded it but my phone was totally acting up:-/ Oh well, they did an awesome job and I love helping my sis out with it!

Christmas 2012

Christmas this year was pretty chill.  We did the usual and spent Christmas Eve with my side of the family and Christmas Day with Manuel's side!

 

We played lots of games and got to catch up with family and eat lots of good food on Christmas Eve!
I didn't get a whole lot of pics of it but here are a few!











We had played a few games and one was blowing up balloons and stuffing them in nylons to make reindeer antlers lol!





I did Rudolf in the girls hair which turned out soo cute!

 

Christmas morning the kids were so excited to get their stalkings!

 

Then as soon as Manuel got home from work we started the gifts with the Medrano side!

 

Of course that was not all the gifts but you get the gist!

 

Then we ate a nice warm Christmas Dinner.  I also made a cherry pie for dessert and pumpkin but I didn't take a pic of that one cause it was still in the oven:-/

 

 

Since there was snow, we went outside afterward and made a Handsom Snowman and named him Andy!!

 

 

What fun it is to spend the Holidays with Family!!
